I haven't received my order, what do I do? 

Our partners try their best to deliver every order on time, but unexpected situations can occur. Our notifications contain a phone number for you to call - if your hunger grows by the minute, give that number a call. If you have no luck there, we're also happy to help, you can give us a call.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the window you selected. If we are going to be late, your driver or a Customer Care Representative will call to advise you of the delay.
